# Nerela

> Nerela is practice management software for psychologists, psychotherapists and mental-health clinics: an online calendar with patient self-booking, patient records with session notes, payment receipts and payment tracking, automatic email reminders, and practice reports, in one web app. It is built for independent practitioners and for centres with several professionals.

Key facts:

- Who it is for: psychologists, psychotherapists and therapy centres (one practitioner or a team).
- What it does: calendar and online booking page, patient file and session notes, payment receipts (not invoices), payment tracking, automatic email reminders, reports on attendance, no-shows and income.
- Data: hosted in the European Union (Paris), GDPR-compliant, health data isolated per account at database level.
- Trial: 14 days free, no credit card required. Pricing is shown on each country page in the local currency.
- Languages of the app: Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil), Spanish, French, Dutch, Greek, Turkish and English.
- Operator: LAGASTROEMIA VENTURES OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia). Founder: Iñigo Giner. Support is direct, by WhatsApp (+34 618 314 584).
- Limits, stated plainly: it is administrative software (no diagnosis, no built-in video platform, no claim submission to insurers or to ADSE: the patient submits the claim) and, in Portugal, it is not tax-authority (AT) certified software: the fiscal invoice is issued in Portal das Finanças or the professional's certified program. A connection to InvoiceXpress (AT cert. no. 192) can already be set up and tested in Settings; issuing invoices through it from Nerela is being built. In Spain, Verifactu compliance is met through an invoicing partner adapted to Verifactu (its cost is separate); Nerela on its own is not an invoicing system adapted to Verifactu and does not submit records to the tax agency (AEAT).
